Feliks Matveev
Feliks is a highly skilled inventor and engineer with ten years of experience in Engineering and Construction. He has worked as a civil engineer/architect on industrial factory projects, including IKEA, Armacell, and Folmann, overseeing and managing all aspects of the project from drafting and pre-project planning to commissioning, and exploitation both on-site and off-site. His main area of research is the optimization and recycling in construction using new technologies and analysis capabilities. Feliks has worked on developing new production plants and ensuring fire and industrial safety in the workplace. Additionally, he has experience in layout planning and optimization to increase efficiency and productivity; Civil/Structural Engineering and Construction Management Communication; Building Codes/Standards Design; High-Rise & Hospitality Design/Construction; Design Documentation: Schematic, Detailed & Working Scientific Research. Feliks earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Togliatti State University, which is a division of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Tatiana Proctor has acquired broad expertise in marketing, branding, and target group analysis, through her training as an advertising specialist, studying business administration, and having multiple years of professional experience. She is an active University of Washington mentor within the national innovative network, providing guidance and support to startup companies as they launch their businesses. Tatiana obtained a Master's in Electrical Engineering and a Master's in Science of Education from Moscow State Agroengineering University named after V.P. Goryachkin
